Our 2019 Cabernet is elegant with a refined complexity exhibiting ripe berry fruit with a delightful nose. The Cabernet starts out nicely on the tongue providing a smooth drinking pleasure. The tannins are soft and subtly enhancing the beautiful finish.
The 2019 was aged for 24 months in 50% new French oak and 50% neutral French oak. After bottling in July 2021, it spent another 12 months in the cellar.
