Our 2016 Cabernet has tones of blackberry joined with black pepper in the nose. This vintage displays a wonderful balance of fruit, is well weighted and ends with a smooth long finish.
The 2016 was aged for 22 months in 45% new French oak and 55% neutral French oak. After bottling in July 2018, it spent another 12 months in the cellar.
