Our 2018 Cabernet has flavors of Black Plum, dark chocolate and a hint of coffee with a finely balanced acidity. We think the wine has a wonderful balance of fruit, depth, weight, and ends with a wonderful finish.
The Cabernet is aged for 24 months in 50% new French oak and 50% neutral French oak. After bottling in June 2020, it spent another 12 months in the cellar. With a long decant we recommend drinking now or cellaring a further 6 -15 years.
